Dr. Ehsan Elah Kabir is a burning candle of ethics and knowledge, whose unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence lights the path for others. His profound wisdom and ethical guidance inspire those around him.

Dr. Ehsanollah Kabir is a professor of Electrical Engineering at Tarbiat Modares University. Born on November 1, 1958, in Tehran, Iran. His research interests include document image analysis and cultural heritage technology. He was my master’s thesis advisor and my doctoral advisor. My master’s thesis focused on Persian OCR, and for my doctoral studies, I worked on target tracking in video for normal behavior detection.

Dr. Parsa Bagherzadeh is a Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill University and Mila, doing research on medical informatics.

He obtained his PhD from Concordia University, where he was a member of the CLaC Lab.

He earned his Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi and obtained his Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from University of Birjand, Iran.

Javad Hamidzadeh is currently an Associate Professor of Computer Engineering at Sadjad University. He is also the director of the Secure Intelligent Systems (SIS) Lab at Sadjad University. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence under the consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2012. His research interests include Machine Learning, Statistical Learning Theory, Pattern Recognition, and Soft Computing.

Dr. Soheila Ashkezari-T is an Assistant Professor and researcher in machine learning and artificial intelligence at the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, Department of Computer Science, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. She specializes in adaptive filtering, distributed processing, pattern recognition, and machine learning. Her extensive research includes developing distributed learning algorithms for graph networks and advancing spectral clustering techniques for graph analysis. She earned his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi.

Currently, she is interested in graph neural networks (GNNs) and their applications, particularly in analyzing biomedical signals, social network data analysis, and other innovative applications of GNNs.

Ehsan Shams is an accomplished AI expert with a background in artificial intelligence, specializing in this field since 2017. He has played a pivotal role in developing various AI products across diverse teams, driven by his deep passion for the subject. Ehsan’s contributions extend to research, where he has published several papers based on his hands-on experience. He is known for his calm demeanor, kindness, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, making him an influential figure in the Pattern Recognition Laboratory. He earned his Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi.

Reza Izanloo is an accomplished AI expert with a background in adaptive filters (especially Kalman Filter), specializing in this field since 2016. Now, he reserachs on AI tools to enhance different jobs as an AI specialist in his Academy named Hoosh_Amigh. And also he works in North Khorasan Electrical Power Distribution Company as a manager of information and Security office. He earned his Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi.

Mahnaz Razavi is an accomplished AI expert with a background in artificial intelligence, specializing in this field since 2017. He earned his Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi.

Bahreini is currently an Asistance Professor. She earned his Ph.D. degree inElectrical Engineering under the consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Her research interests include Hyperspectral denoising, Machine Learning, Statistical Learning Theory, Pattern Recognition.

Dr. Atieh Gharib is an expert AI researcher with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi. She specializes in Machine Learning, Statistical Learning Theory, Pattern Recognition, and Deep Learning. These areas of expertise, combined with her exceptional problem-solving skills, have made her an influential member of the Pattern Recognition lab. With extensive experience in developing distributed learning algorithms for graph networks and time series analysis, she combines strong theoretical foundations with practical applications. Her current research focuses on integrating AI and machine learning techniques in computer vision, medical image processing, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications.

Sanaz Keshvari is a Postdoctoral fellow at SQU, doing image processing.

She earned her Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Her research interest is Applied AI.

Ghazi is currently an Ph.D. student of Computer Engineering at AmirKabir University. She earned his Master degree in Artificial Intelligence under the consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Dr. Nayyeri is a Assistant Professor in Computer Science. He earned his Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi.

Taha Hamedani is a researcher in AI, specializing in cutting-edge technologies such as machine vision, machine learning, LLMs, and robot perception. He earned his Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence under the mentorship of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where he developed deep expertise in these dynamic fields. His research has notably advanced the understanding and application of probabilistic graphical models, which are essential for interpreting complex data structures and improving machine learning algorithms. Currently, Hamedani is focused on developing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions that utilize large language models (LLMs) to help businesses extract valuable insights from text data. His work involves creating sophisticated tools that enable organizations to harness the power of LLMs, transforming unstructured text into actionable knowledge to drive informed decision-making. He earned his Master degree in Artificial Intelligence under the consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Dr. Alireza Naeimi-Sadigh is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at Semnan University. He completed his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2021 under the supervision of Professor Sadoghi Yazdi. His research focuses on Machine Learning, Adaptive Networks, and Pattern Recognition.

Emad Aghajanzadeh is currently a Master of Science at University of Hamburg | UHH · Department of Informatics. He earned his Bachelor of science degree in Software Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the supervision of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Dr. Jalal A. Nasiri is an Assistant Professor and researcher in machine learning and artificial intelligence at the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, Department of Computer Science, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Dr. Adel Ghazikhani is an Assistant Professor and member of the faculty of computer engineering in Imam Reza International University. He is a Data scientist with PhD in computer engineering. Experience in creating several AI products. I have been in the software development industry for 20 years. Started from desktop programming with visual basic, and then web programming with php and now AI programming with python. He earned his Ph.D. degrees in Artificial Intelligence from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, under the consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi.

Dr. Morteza Pakdaman is an Assistant Professor in the mathematical Science Department at Atmospheric Science and Meteorological Research Center (ASMERC), Climatological Research Center (CRI), Mashhad, Iran. He works with PR Lab in Artificial Intelligence Feild at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad under the supervision of Professor Sadoghi Yazdi.

Maryam Baradaran is currently an Assistance Professor of Computer Engineering at Shandiz University, Iran. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Kazem Shekofteh is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute of Computer Engineering at Heidelberg University. His research interests focus on GPU computing, performance analysis of parallel programs and high performance computing in Bioinformatics. Previously, he was an assistant professor at Shandiz Institute of Higher Education, Mashhad, Iran. He got his PhD and MSc degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran in 2019. In late 2016, he was awarded a visiting scholarship at Heidelberg University. He has published papers in outstanding journals such as IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems. He has been serving as co-chair for the Workshop on IoT, Edge, and Mobile for Embedded Machine Learning (ITEM) 2022/23, student volunteer co-chair for IEEE CLUSTER 2022, program committee member for CCGRID2023, ICPP 2023, CANDAR 2023, poster committee member for SC2023, and also frequently providing reviews for established journals, such as IEEE TPDS, JPDC, and Supercomputing. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Software under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Taher Rahgooy currently works at the Department Of Computer Science, Tulane University. Taher does research in Machine learning and Natural Language Processing. Their most recent publication is ‘CLEF 2017: Multimodal Spatial Role Labeling Task Working Notes. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Software under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Mohammad Kamel currently works at Sapienza University of Rome la sapienza· Department of Computer Science. He earned his B.S.C degree in Software under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Saeed Mirghasemi, PhD, is an experienced Lead AI Engineer at Australian Venue Co. Saeed’s background includes roles such as Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Data Scientist at various companies. With a strong focus on AI and machine learning, Saeed has expertise in data engineering, stakeholder engagement, and creating ML life cycles. Saeed also has a solid educational foundation with a PhD in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington. He earned his B.S.C degree in Software under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Mohammad GhasemiGol is currently a research assistant professor in the School of Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University. Before, he was a research assistant professor at University of North Dakota and associate researcher at Imperial College London. He is also served as an assistant professor of computer engineering at the University of Birjand, since 2016. He was the IT director and the director of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) at the University of Birjand for more than five years.

His research is focused on various aspects of AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity including incident handling, intrusion detection and response system, insider threats, alert management, clustering and classification methods, deep learning, safe learning, explainable AI algorithms, and biomedical data analysis. He earned his B.S.C degree in Software under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Dr. Malihe Javidi received all degrees from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM) as a distinguished student. She admitted as a direct graduate student to FUM. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Quchan University of Technology, Quchan, Khorasan Razavi, Iran. Her research interests include Machine Vision, Machine Learning, Medical Image Processing and Sparse Analysis and Representation.

She earned her Master degree in AI under the Consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Dr. Mehdi Salkhordeh is currently an Associate Professor of Computer Engineering at Sadjad University. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence under the consultant of Prof. Sadoghi Yazdi from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
